Where i can find example configuration file for four class classification? under config/FieldAir_HandSanitizer_Onion_Cinnamon i cant find this file.

I have a "two class" model posted on github, using hand sanitiser and air, with BSEC 2.4.0.0 -  https://github.com/mcalisterkm/teach-your-pi-to-sniff-with-bme688 

I am working slowly on an update to BSEC 2.5.0.2 and  was thinking of use cases that might be interesting - someone call my hand sanitiser (air/ethanol) model the "tuppaware approach" which had me laughing for days.    I have a large kilner jar this time, and for data collection "it" has to fit in it. So far I was thinking maybe sniffing an avocado to see if it can predict three stages: "too hard", "ripe", "gone too far".    Ideas welcome - but not dangerous ones.
