About the calibration of BME680:
Do you have a table where you have the sensitivity of the sensor (resistance) to every VOC? Or have you calibrated the sensor using a normalized/standardized mix of VOC?
Trying to find out if this sensor is more reactive to some specific gases,(compared with other sensors).
Some other questions:
Is the output static IAQ from BME680, also expressed in a scale from 1 – 500?
The IAQ accuracy reflects the current state of the background calibration process. Does this kind of calibration also apply to static IAQ?
Solved! Go to Solution.
BME680 have no selection. so it is sensitive for almost all VOC component.
It is also a relative VOC sensor, not absolute VOC sensor.
static IAQ also have scale from 1 - 500.
The calibration level indicased the overall accuracy from BSEC lib which includes the static IAQ.
