Can the BME280 be used for pressures significantly below atmospheric?

We are using a manometer to measure negative pressures to -100cmH2O. Can the BME280 measure down to minus 100cmH2O?

You should consider whole machine waterproof or waterproof with film when you use BME280 under -100cm H2O.
