I am currently working on a Wrist Band project and I want a IMU sensor which can be used with following properties.
Here I thought BHI260AB might be a good option. But I have a doubt that we can use this sensor to run a machine learning model. Please some one help

But before you make a decision, recommend you to contact the local FAE to further know Machine Learning of BHI260AB,.
You should confirm what your purpose and application scenarios are because currently the Self-Learning of BHI260 still have some limitations.
What is the digital resolution of BHI260AB?? What is the smallest lenght we can measure with it?
