I cannot make Development Desktop 2.1 connect to app3.0 board.
The board turns up in device manager as a USB device
DD2.1 tries to connect
but then gives up
Iv'e tried to update fw without luck - I only get an error stating "No DFU capable USB device available":
PS C:\COINES\v2.8.8\firmware\app3.0\coines_bridge> .\update_coines_bridge_flash_fw.bat

The problem is the same no matter if I connect my BMM350 module or not.
What can I be missing?

Hi FAVetronics,
Have you tried the DD2.0 version on your computer?
Could we know your Windows version and computer information(office computer or not)?

Hi
I've only tried DD2.1 - Where can I find DD2.0?
I'm on an office computer, with a i7-4790 CPU running 3,6GHz and 16GB RAM
My OS is Windows 10 Home (22H2)

Hi FAVetronics,
After you install COINES to your computer, you can update the firmware to your application board 3.0 to enusre that the latest firmware is used. Refer to application note under "C:\COINES\v2.7.0\doc", run "C:\COINES\v2.7.0\firmware\app3.0\update_dd_fw.bat" to update firmware for application board 3.0.
You can also install DD software to another computer and compare it again.
If you have other shuttle boards(not BMM350), you can check if other boards can connect to DD2.1 normally?

I've also installed DD2.1 my labtop (Windows 10 pro). Here I can't even open the program. When I launch it, the PC "thinks" for 1-2 seconds and then nothing else happens. I've tried to reinstall DD2.1 and to run as administrator, but nothing helps.
I do not have other shuttle boards.
I see some talk online that DD2.1 does not support BMM350 - can that be right? - does that mean that I've waisted my time and money?
