Connect Application board 3.0 and development desktop 2.1 via bluetooth

I cannot connect Application board 3.0 and development desktop 2.1 via bluetooth.
But I can connect Application board 2.0 and development desktop 2.1 via bluetooth.
Could you please help me to solve this issue?

In order to make Figure 8 work in the instruction PDF file, you need to download and install ARM GNU tool.
