Connecting Arduino UNO to Desktop development v2

HI, I hope you are fine and safe,
Development Desktop 2.0 not working for Arduino UNO
this is my problem when I want to connect Arduino UNO that I connect BME 680 Shuttle board on it, to the desktop Development bosch software v2.
My question is: is it possible to connect Arduino UNO to this desktop software?
I used to port, com3, and USB, both of them were not working.

Development Desktop 2.0 match with Application Board 2.0.

Hi thanks for reply,

do you know how can I calibrate the BME680 (hardware calibration)?

I mean I connect this with Arduino UNO to Arduino desktop and receive  output data,

But I am not sure about that data is true or not,

I wanna put in the special case and left it to indoor place for 3 days and after that compare the results,

So is it need to calibrate it or not?

I use DEFrobot SEN0248.
