Decoding VCD Data

Hello,

I'm reading VCD data from Bosch IP Camera in C# with VsdkStreamItemProcessor class and ProcessFrame Method and when I decode it, it gives me this:

Is there any way to decode this data properly?

Thanks for your inquiry.

Bosch Sensortec doesn't make cameras. Please check if the product that you are using is from another Bosch division.
