Development Desktop 2.0 Initialization failed

I am using the Avenger96 board, with the latest Debian Starter Image from the official downloads page.

I connected a 96Boards Bosch Sensors Mezzanine on the board and connected the board to the computer.

The computer detects the board successfully, but in Development Desktop Initialization fails and I can't connect them.

I've reinstalled several times and went through the help manual for the USB connectivity problem but it continues to happen.

Any Ideas?

What's your DD2.0 version, and where did you know that Avenger96 board could adapt to DD2.0? I will check this info.

From my experience, DD2.0 adapted to APP board,  https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/software-tools/tools/application-board-2-0/
