Development Desktop 2.0 not working for shuttle board BMA423

I am using the BMA423 shuttle board along with the application board with bluetooth.The board worked fine when tested using DD2.0 until recently the UI started complaining that it does not support the connected shuttle board. Does DD2.0 not support BMA423 anymore?Is there another UI that I am suppose to use?

Also attached is a snip of the error message.

You used this board/DD2.0 combination before successfully ?

Does turning the Application board off and back on solves the issue ?

Yes I was able to run this combination before successfully but now am not. Tried turning on/off the application board does not fix the issue.

I would propose the following:

-Please make sure that the shuttle board is inserted in the right direction (with PCB overhang away from the USB connector).

-Verify that you can see the Application Board in the Windows Device Manager.

-Reinstall DD2.0 or try with another computer.

If all else fails then you can ask for a failure return of your application board with your distributor.
