Development Desktop does not support the connected sensor?

Hello,

I am using the BME680 gas sensor for Bosch Sensortec IoT Innovation Challenge. I've faced a problem when connecting it to my pc to visualize the data.
I am using the development desktop 2.0 but it seems that it does not support the BME680, we tried updating the drivers with no results.

The other sensors (BMP390 and BMM150) are working perfectly.

I hope that this screenshot will give you a better vision of our current issue.

Is it a hardware problem or a software one? and how can I solve it?

Hello, Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I'm using that version and I did the steps mentioned in the user manual. Please note that the other sensors are working perfectly.

Sorry fot the late response, we were hooked up with the new equipments which include the Nicla Sense me and Adafruit board, I'll mark this as an accepted solution since I no longer have this problem.
