FIT and MTBF for Reliability Analysis

Hello,

Our team in LTTS has used the sensors: BME280 and BME680 in our design. We needed to perform realiability analysis for this and hence require the MTBF and FIT values for these sensors.

I had previously connected though Bosch sensortec e-mail and it was un-responsive. Hence posting the same here. If there needs to be an NDA signed for providing this information please get in  touch and we will initiate NDA from our side.
