How can BMM150 used for determining the RPM of any motor?

Hi all 

I have a doubt how can we use BMM150 to measure the RPM of the motor.

1. How can we mount/ place it to measure RPM?

2. Is this a consumer grade or industrial grade.

As my project is related to industrial applications so I need some information or support on how it works. And can you explain it with a application or example.

BMM150 is consumer grade product, we don't have example to measure the RPM of the motor.

Can anyone suggest me a sensor which is similar to BMM150 which can be used and is a industrial grade.
