Hi all,
We are using BNO055 sensor and we mount it on a vehicle.
We calibrate it, and we receive 3 as the value for ACC_Calib.
The problem is that as soon as the vehicle moves, the calibration is lost and we no longer receive the value 3.
When the car is stopped, we get again the value 3 for ACC_Calib. To sum up, we lost the calibration of the accelerometer when we move the vehicle.
Any help, please?
Thanj you.

Hi mros,
Which mode you configured?
You can record sensor data(acc, gyro, mag if you used NDOF mode) and calibration status when you start your test. Then we can check it.

Hi,
Yes, I am using BNO055 with an Arduino device and we recorded some Logs.
We have noticed that when the vehicle is parked we got the following flags:
Sys=0 , Gyro=3 , Aceel=3 , Mag = 1 (the best performance we could get after the calibration process)
But when the car moves we got :
Sys=0 , Gyro=3 , Aceel=1 , Mag = 1
Best regards.

Hi mros,
Has the sensor been calibrated correctly in this way? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bw0WuAyGsnY
Where was the sensor placed on the vehicle? What applications would you like to use sensor for?
