Material resistance of the pressure sensors

Hi Team Sensortec, what we are missing entirely is the material resistance of the pressure sensors.

Our gas sensor is designed to detect small concentrations of ammonia, Hydrogen fluoride, methane, ethane, etc.. This could damage the pressure sensor over the years. Are there any measurements or experiences for this on your part?

Pressure sensor specifikations:

• 800hPa - 1200hPa

• Absolute pressure sensor

• -10°C - 65°C

• Absolute accuracy +-3hPa

• Longterm stability +-1hPa

These are some specifications we have to comply with, because we sell our gas sensor calibration free for 7 years and we have to keep an accuracy of +-10mbar in this period. The BMP390 pressure sensor seems to meet our requirements but there are also other pressure sensors in your assortment. If we could find out which sensor has the best material resistance it would be great if you could recommend one of your sensors. I would also appreciate it if you could forward documentation on the material resistance of your sensors.
