Maximum static IAQ value

Hello,

I am getting sIAQ values up to 800 when exposing the sensor to very polluted environment . Is this normal? I expected a maximum of 500 as per the integration guide.

Yes, this is expected. Only the the standard 'IAQ' output is restricted to the [0-500] range, but the 'sIAQ' output is unrestricted.
