Minor bug in BMP2-Sensor-API

Hi,

I think the BMP2_DELAY_US_STARTUP_TIME should be a u32 value. Currently, it's defined as UINT8_T(2000), which conflicts with the maximum value of a u8. Dunno if it matters much, but I figured I'd point it out.

Yes, it should be u16 or u32 type.
