Hi all,
We are imlementing a BHI260AP in a wearable device. We are currently able to receive PDR events using the firmware image "Bosch_PDR_APP_BOARD_30_BHI260.fw.h" provided by the examples in COINES v2.7.0. However, we have found that PDR only updates its relative location estemetion when the BHI260AP is aligned with its positive axes upwards. If the device is oriented with a positive axis downwards, the steps are then still being detected but the X and Y values remain the unchanged and the horizontal acurracy value keeps increasing.
We are aware that we can update the Accelerometer matrix to acomodate its physical orientation, but can we still only use the device in a finite amount of orientations. Is there any way we can use PDR succesfully in all possible orientations?
Kind regards, Spinewise

Hi DylanMsu,
If you install BHI260AP to your wearable device, axis mapping is required. PDR can only be used on wearable devices, and the expected effect can only be achieved if the wearing habits of wearable devices are met.
