Hi there, My company is working on a stealth product which requires altitude sensing. We are using GPS but want to have backup pressure sensing in case GPS is not available. What are your suggestions for this part? Our biggest concerns are accuracy, and low power. I am currently looking at the following parts: - BME280 - BME680 - BMP280 - BMP388 Which is the best part for my application and what are the differences between all 4 parts? Thanks! |

The BME280 is a 4 in 1 sensor that can detect pressure, temperature, and humidity, while the BME680 can additionally detect gas (TVOC).
The BMP is a combo sensor with pressure and temperature sensors, and the BMP388 is the latest product in the BMP family.
The BMP388 is recommended for altitude detection.
