Problems with BME688

Hi we are having a project with BME688 and adafruit huzzah. We followed steps how to setup new devkit. We downloaded devkit software and copied bmeconfig-file to the SDCard. Then Flash.bat to COM. After this the dev kit blinks fast and doesnt start data collection. Any solution why this is happening and did we do something wrong.

Error code -1 means "sensor config file error".
What is the software version of the BME688 dev kit you are using?
Where did you obtain your config file?
