Release date/patent for 6 and 9 axis IMUs

Does anyone have any pointers to the Bosch/Sensortec 6 and 9 axis IMU patents or release dates?  I found a Bosch chart showing the first 3-axis and 6 axis IMU happened in 2012.  But I need to find something more official.  Ideally the patent, or release announcement.

Hey Robin, thanks for the reply.  I'm just doing a basic research paper on when lean angles sensors started becoming available for motorcycle ABS system use.  I tried hard to find myself and I found some bits that are probably related but not very specific.  I'd love information on both axis count sensors if possible.  I have soem Bosch docs that show the timelines for MEMS use but was trying to pin down when the lean sensors IMUs became avaialble for use.  I figured when the patents were done might be a good marker for that.  But releases would be good too. Thanks very much for any assistance or pointers you could help with.

As your application is motorcycle ABS system with safety related, but Bosch Sensortec's products are consumer grade sensors. I'm not sure if this will matche your application. If you have a specific sensor part number, I can check it internally.
