Size and Position of Hall Plaes in BMM150 Geomagnetic Sensor

Hello

I am interested in using the BMM150 Geomagnetic Sensor in a product but I would need to know where the hall sensors are located within the package* and what the geometrical extent of the hall plates are.

1. Could you tell me where exactly the hall plates are located (referring to the package shown in Fig. 20 Page 45 of the BMM150 datasheet)?
2. Could you also tell me what the sizes of the hall-plates are?

With BMM150, the X&Y axis are using a proprietary flip-core sensing technology. The Z axis is indeed hall effect. Although the exact location is not disclosed, they are clearly visible under a microscope when viewed from the bottom.
