We are looking for a sensor for measuring at least temperature and humidity to evaluate our production environment continuously at many different places in a machine, and this is needed for several machines. We are looking for something that is plug-and-play, i.e., no hardware development. We would like to connect the sensors to a PC, via cable or using Bluetooth/Wi-Fi for logging the stream of data. Preferably with an API plugin for Python, other languages would also be possible. We would like to have the ability to process everything locally, i.e., it should not require connection to some cloud backend.
I have not been able to find a product by searching, and wondered if anybody could direct me to such a product that we could purchase?
Additionally it will be deployed in machines used for production under FDA restrictions.
