Thermal Resistance of BMA400

Hello, 

as other members asked for different sensors before I need the thermal parameters for the BMA400 and its LGA12 package.

What I miss in the datasheet is the 

Junction to case: θ JC =  ?? °C/W
Junction to ambient: θ JA =  ?? °C/W

values of the package that are normally available for electronic components. 

I need these values to calculate the maximum temperature of the component in case of internal failure depending on the power our circuit can provide.

We have designed this part into a product, and we also need this same information for ATEX compliance assessment. Happy to sign an NDA. but surely a deg C per watt per figure is hardly going to be a huge trade secret? You have given figures for other devices...
