What is the highest temperature of heater profiles?

The heater profiles has different  temperature, for example, 50℃, 100℃, 200℃.... and so on, the hightest  provided temperature is 350℃.

If Individual HeaterProfiles can be set, and what is the highest temperature of heater profiles?

On page 21 of BME680 datasheet at https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/media/boschsensortec/downloads/datasheets/bst-bme680-ds001.pdf the heater temperature is typically between 200C and 400C. So the highest temperature of the hot plate is 400C.
