bme ai studio application not running in my laptop

The bme ai-studio application is not running on my thinkpad x1 . it just keeps on loading  and never runs. turned off firewall and stuff . re-installed it. On the other hand it's running smoothly on another laptop with lower configs then my laptop.

I have a bme 688 developer kit. Lenovo X1 thinkpad . latest windows version. Arduino IDE. I have tried all the basic methods , it won't run. Whereas it would run smoothly on laptops that have way less configs then mine

You could check nodeJs version in your system, and update to new version if its version is low.
