calculation angle using bsx lite

Dear,

I am thinking to use BMI270 to check the angle of door opened. And it seems that the BSX lite algo can be used for it.

But the BSXlite library looks like only supporting 9-axis, so it needs a magneto sensor additionally. Am I correct?

Could you help with this?

Yes,  BSX lite has only one working mode which is 9DoF without FMC mode.  

So magnetic sensor is mandatory to be connected.
