I have a problem with BNO055 I2C communication?

After a soft-reset, sometimes the I2C communication in BNO055 doesn't work, can you please help?

Please check if both BNO055 Pin-5 (PS1) and Pin-6 (PS0) are tied to GND directly or not to select the I2C protocol. Fome more information Please refer to the BNO055 starter guide.
