How to use the Pull up / pull down register when the sensor INT pin is configured to open drain?

It depends  which active mode is chosen:

• High active  -->  you should put pull down resistor
• Low active   -->  you should put pull up resistor

The resistor value should depend on the target platform. In general , 2.2KΩ or 4.7KΩ can be used.
