Hi, Please switch J107 to another side, DC_OUT_3.3V. When PC connected success, LED as bellow photo will light on.

Hello, The power ripple will influence sensor's perfomance. If you know how to calculate accel noise, you could find this result. After calculate the noise, and your application could accept this noise. I don't think it's a problem. While, the best way is make a clear power, maybe lower BLE transimite power or other ways.
