Dear Sensortec Community, We are trying to use the BME 688 Dev Board together with the BME 688 Demo App. We are currently using the BME AI Studio Software version 1.6 and the BME Developement Kit App version 1.1.3. Our only way to use the app works by following specific steps. 1. Having only the .bmeconfig on the SD-card, connecting the board via USB and resetting it. The board configuration only works in default mode. Changing anything results in either no change or the error "bmeconfig missing" 2. Putting the exported config from the AI-Studio onto the SD-Card. The config in our case contains 2 different labeled gases. The board has to be connected to via USB and reset again. 3. Opening the BME Demo App and connecting the board via Bluetooth, which opens the measurement screen and does nothing until the connection is lost. Repeating this 3 times finally shows us our labels, but not with our set names. Only then does the app show us the estimated gas values. We have tried different app versions, the other board and also flashing one board with the BME 688 Dev Kit Software V1.5.0 which doesn't work at all now. The written files for the estimated gas measures also do not show any values after importing them with the AI-Studio. Can you help us out? Best Regards Nick
