Looking for sanitized/generic BOM to calculate MTBF

Hello:

In order to calcualte MTBF, I'm looking for generic/santized BOMs for BMI088 and the CEVA/Bosch BNO085.

If an NDA is necessary for generic/sanited BOMs, we can put one in place.

A generic/sanitized BOM would not include proprietary part numbers, it would only include robust component descriptions (component category and type) along with quantities.

This would give me just enough information to run the analysis, but not provide specific part numbers if that is a concern.

Example:

5 Capacitors, Ceramic chip

3 Resistors, Film chip

2 Diodes Schottky

1 Transistor, MOSFET

2 ICs, Logic

4 ICs, Linear

2 Connectors, Header

This type of generic BOM data would allow me to run the MTBF calculation.
