I am having a few problems getting the BME690 Devkit DemoSample to work reliably, that is recording data and then extracting that data.
I have COINS SDK 2.11, and BME690_development_kit v3.1.0.
The first issue is that after flashing the DemoSample and recording data for 30 min, it is not possible to get the board back to MTP mode. Powering off and on with the right button pressed results in the LED going a solid blue. No idea what that means but the board has no connection to the PC. Normally power cycling with the right button held loads the MTP app and the LED goes green. Power cycling with no button presses returns to the DemoSample data collection.
I tried the app_switch usb_mtp but that had no effect, and then ran the COINS updaters for the mtp, bridge, and the boot loader. After the boot loader update, the board will now go into MTP mode.
The second issue is that in MTP mode I use Windows file manger to copy data, labels etc off the App Board Flash to my PC hard drive. But every couple of files Windows reports "Error Copying File or Folder, The device is unreachable" and stops working. Power cycling the App Board gets another couple of files, and then the error repeats. I tried multiple USB cables and it always behaves the same.
On a positive note BME AI Studio Mobile connected and worked fine with the BME690 Devkit, and helps to see what app is loaded (I can see when data collection is running).
