BME 688 8-sensor development board is not saving data to the SD card

I saw that others had this problem on a YouTube video but there was no solution. Did anyone else have this problem? I purchased the board from DigiKey, I have the battery in the 8-sensor board, I have it connected to the Adafruit Huzzah32 board and my computer recognizes my board, and AI studio saves the config file on my SD card, but I do not get any data. The light does not have the saving data flash sequence either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
