Hi, I purchased a 8x BME690 Shuttle with the Application Board 3.1. I connected the two together and then to my computer via USB. I then ran BME AI Studio (v3.1.0), but it doesn't seem to detect the connected device -- there's no way for me to view data, change heater profiles, etc.
The device seems to be working -- there's one solid red LED along with one blinking red LED near the buttons. I also tried booting into MTP mode, which did work in the sense, I see the solid green LED and I could view the files on the the device ("W25N02 External Memory").
Can someone help with possible solutions?
