BME280 Software status and the usability of the setup in the science

First of all, greetings, I work as a researcher at Rostock University and I need a humidity sensor for my research. I had previously used the MSR 145 V6 sensor for my experiments and I was particularly pleased with its software. But this time I needed a sensor that was smaller in size. That's why I did a new search and saw your BME280 model product. The size of the product meets my needs. However, I have questions about how the data flow is, the graphical form of the data we will receive,the software status and the usability of the setup. If these parameters are compatible same with MSR 145, I will order large quantities. Thank you in advance for your positive answer.
