BME680 VOC classification

Hi.
My question relates to the minimum VOC that the BME680 can show. As I understand it, this value can be at least 0.3ppm (that is, 300ppb). In some sources, this value is already considered as lightly polluted air, while for the BME680 this is the minimum. Is there a quality classification for the VOC value (for example, as presented in the datasheet about the index for Air Quality (IAQ) in Table 4)?

I read this discussion and calculated that 0.5 ppm = approximately 0.9 mg / m3. And this value is not the best indicator of air quality. It is possible that the BME680 should have a different quality classification scale for the estimated VOC value.

Best Regards.

Hello gran1sh,

currently in datasheet, we only have IAQ index to show air quality, there is no different quality classification scale for the estimated VOC or CO2 value.
