For a project of ours we want to use one of the two sensors BME688 and BME690. Thus I would like to make an inquiry about a few things.
First, i would like to know if its possible to get the VOC without the help of the platform since the component will be used on a pcb board, or can i only get the IAQ. The goal is for the sensor to provide data for temperature humidity and VOC or air quality in a more general sense. Would these information be available from a pcb board?
Then I would like to have an explanation on what does the AI does exactly on the BME688 and the BME690, is it only used for calculating IAQ ?
