We're evaluating the BMP585 for a use case that may involve brief exposure to ~1 atm helium. We're aware that there's been some literature regarding helium-intoxication for MEMS oscillators, so I've got two questions:
Is there any test data or engineering opinion on the BMP585's helium tolerance, and if the gel cap slows helium ingress?
What sensor behavior would you expect during and after ~1 hour of helium exposure? Any rule-of-thumb recovery time constant?
Any answer is useful, including "we haven't tested this." Thanks!
