I'm currently using BMX160 for my project. However, it is out of stock everywhere i seached for.
Is there any potential replacement? My piority is having same footprint and similar performance

The recommended solution is to use BMI160 or BMI270 and external BMM150. Both BMI160 and BMI270 have a second interface, which can extend BMM150.
