The datasheet indicates a load capacitor of 22pF for the recommended pin connection. What if I use a suitable crystal with a much smaller load capacitance, such as 9pf? Will it have any influence on the BNO055 operation?

Please refer to the SAMD20J18 RevB datasheet Section 32.12 for details on external capacitor selection according to your specific crystal.
