Development Desktop 4.5.0 remains stuck on loading indefinitely

Bosch Shuttle Board 3.0 (8× BME690) connected to the Application Board 3.1 remains stuck on the loading screen indefinitely when using Development Desktop 4.5.0. The Application Board is connected directly to the computer via USB.
