Finding a sensor for project

I would like to know what are the sensors is suitable for my smart washroom project because the BME680 is not performing well. I need to classify the washroom's odor into categories such as Good, Bad, or Average and provide corresponding values. Could you suggest any other sensors that can achieve this?
