Initialization failed in Development Desktop 2.0

Hello,

I have a Application Board 3.0 with a BMI088 mounted on a Shuttle Board 3.0. I've tried logging data using Development Desktop 2.0 over USB and it worked fine. But after I started the firmware update on the board this isn't working anymore. The APP3.0's LED is red and blinking. The connection to my PC is also functioning but when I try to use DD2.0 for data logging I get stuck at the Communication Interface window telling me the "Initialization failed" (see screenshot)

Someone got an idea?

Hi Robin,

I've found the solution to my problem.

If you install the BST Datalogger firmware in the COINES directiory you can't use Development Desktop 2.0 anymore.

My problem was fixed by installing the Development Board 2.0 firmware again located in the COINES directiory at \firmware\app3.0 (Drag and drop the .BIN file onto the .bat).

After running the upgrade, the board successfully connects to my PC (and DD2.0) so I can log data again.
