Is there a flue gas Carbon monoxide sensor tolerant to high temperatures (up to say 300oC) ?

Do Bosch make a sensor that can detect CO (or COe) suitable for sensing gases typical in a flue (i.e. up to around 300oC).

If not, is the BME680 sensitive to CO in a depleted (2 to 3% O2) atmosphere ?
