MEMs Resonance from Acoustic Injection

I'm looking for a MEMs inertial sensor for a medical application that is not sensitive to resonance caused by external acoustic signals. Here are a few papers explaining the topic of concern. Unintended sensor resonance could be problematic in my application. Can you provide any insight or sensor suggestions?

In our product portfolio, only BMI088 has mechanical damping against vibration. This is the only device which could not be suseptible to such attacks.

Hovewer, I must ask you to carefully read the product use section of our legal disclaimer (section 9.2 in BMI088 datasheet), so make sure that your medical application is compliant, especially with regards to personal injury in case of failure.
