Term Accuarcy in Datasheets

Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding the Bosch data sheets: In those the accuracy of sensors (e.g. BME280) is indicated. However, there seems to be no information on the standard deviation of a sensor. Is there a relationship between the accuracy you specify and the standard deviation of the signal? For example accuracy = 3*std? Or can the standard deviation be read from your data sheets in another way?

Hi CiMatt,

In the BME280 datasheet minimum/maximum values of drifts, offsets and temperature coefficients are three-sigma values over lifetime, you can find this information in page 8 of the BME280.

for you reference the typical value are in general 1-sigma.
