I have recently purchased a BME690 shuttle 3.0 board together with a application board 3.1. I have been trying to get raw data from the board for a couple of days now and I am quite suprised on how much little documentation there is on getting started quickly. I have loaded the app board with the Demosample f/w which is in the BME690 Dev kit fw v3.1.0. I have tried loading the board with different configuration files but the board does not record on its own correctly. It writes the two files (labelinfo and udf) needed to be converted to raw data but since the data block always zero, they cannot be coverted and imported succesfully in AI studio.
The only way I managed to get a valid data sample is when I started the recording via the BME AI Studio mobile app, but the best I could do was to get around 7 seconds recording and then it sleeps and never records again no matter what configuration file I try. Could somebody tell me what I am doing wrong and why is it so hard to get simple documentation exlpaining all these procedures since I am making slow progress via trial and error and AI help?
