What should be done for the first use with "BME688 Development Kit" and "Adafruit Huzzah32 - ESP32 b

I purchased "BME688 Development Kit" and "Adafruit Huzzah32 - ESP32 board" from Mouser as 2 separate products. So I have a set that is not pre-programmed. What do I need to do to program the Esp board and access the coffee test? Is there a document or video about what to do? I would be very happy if you could provide a detailed explanation.

I've already seen this. But it didn't provide a solution. The red LED was blinking rapidly. By chance I came across some information on the forums. Unfortunately, I did not come across this information in your documentation and videos. The problem was solved when I converted the SD card to "exfat" format. Please publish the cards that come without a program in a way that explains everything you need to do until you try coffee. This part should be exactly in the videos.
