Abnormal recording of sensor resistance value

Hi Bosch community,
I have purchased BME688 sensor and have updated the version of BME AI Studio to the 2024 version for windows.
Recently, I was testing the BME688 sensor in an application where it detect flavors and fragrances in a relatively confined space. I evacuate the gas by means of a vacuum pump, which brings the pressure up to 500 pa,the sensor is de-powered.When analyzing the data, I found that the length of resistance data recorded by different sensors was not consistent.

Is it a vacuum environment in the space after removing gas through a vacuum pump?
At which time did you record sensor data?

Thanks for your response .
The vacuum pump makes the pressure not less than 300pa，the test is documented once the pressure within the testing area equalizes with the ambient atmospheric pressure.
